My lash sets last longer with Ice, and I am much less likely to wake up with my eyes stuck closed. Also, the product lasts seemingly forever - a little goes a long way on a very practically-shaped applicator. Unlike other sealers, I experience no irritation whatsoever with Ice. Definitely try it out, it’s good stuff.
Ice doesn't leave a white cast like some other brands. I use the ball to just lightly smoosh the product on the underside of my lashes and then use a micro q-tip sponge applicator and moisten it with the product and apply to the base at the top of my lashes. Seals lashes from water and removes stickiness.
Been a loyal Linx lash & bond customer and just ran out of my previous seal from a different brand, so I figured I'd give theirs a try. After reading previous reviews I ordered Ice and it doesn't disappoint. No white cast, dries instantly, and really does help with retention. I don't go a day without my lashes lol practice makes perfect & 3 years in and I'm finally getting up to 4/5 day wear. Pictures are day 2, Sassy medley 14 across & 12 in the inner corners, My new fav lol
This is the only product from Lash Linx that I've gotten that doesn't work. I use it and my lashes are still sticky. It doesn't dry so that it's visible or anything, but just doesn't work for me. I haven't tried the glaze so I can't compare.
I've used Glaze and found it to be a bit too heavy and flakey. But I need to reduce glue stickiness and also seal the lashes in place so they withstand washing my face and so they last longer. Ice is a great solution and I'm very happy with the formula. But I do have one issue that isn't resolved with either...I need to seal the tops of my lashes too, not just the undersides. (I have to sandwich my lashes with sealer on both sides to get them to last) I need to apply Ice with something more slender, a brush, rather than the bulky sponge and spoolie that it comes with. To resolve this, when I was finished with an old brush-on lash glue, I saved the brush (cleaned it) and put it into the Ice. It's now much easier to apply on the upper sides of the lashes, and I can be more strategic about the undersides too. But what if Glaze and Ice came in a Binary packaging??? Oh, that would be brilliant!
