Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are FINAL.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been shipped and confirmed delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered during checkout.

If you received an incorrect item or damaged item, please email us within 7 days of order delivery. Please return incorrect item(s) in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Additionally, we can only accept returns for items purchased directly at lashlinx.com. We do not accept returns of products sold at retail partners such as Amazon.com.

Please send your request to hello@lashlinx.com with the subject line “INCORRECT ITEM(S)/DAMAGED ITEM(S): [your_order_number]”

In the email, please include the:

  • Order number
  • Incorrect item(s) sent
  • Correct item(s) that need to be sent
  • Photos of the item(s)

Our support team will review the request and will contact you with further instructions.
